Frankie is a creative designer, a chef, a film nerd, a photographer, and a traveller. Her reason for waking up is a propensity for curiosity and learning. She has an insatiable  hunger for knowledge and can be found experimenting with the latest tech and tinkering in her workspace with different creative mediums.

Since graduating from Seattle University in 2020 with a BA in Communication and Media, Frankie has worked for the Seattle University Law School's marketing department where she first dipped her feet into designing for the web. She worked on the school's website and also designed a lot of the marketing materials for the department.

During the COVID lockdown, Frankie decided she wanted to pursue design more seriously and decided to learn UX/UI design from a Thinkful bootcamp. This rigourous six month bootcamp tought her about design principles, the ins-and- outs of the industry, and most importantly how to use Figma. Figma was love at first site for Frankie. ​

After graduating from the Thinkful bootcamp, with all the knowledge she needed for the real world, she decided to begin freelancing. As fate would have it, Frankie  found her niche in the biotech world. She began to form connections within Indiebio, an incubator for biotech startups in San Francisco. She is passionate about working with these different companies who have missions of solving real problems within the world- from sustainable seafood options, to reef-friendly peptide based sunscreen, to tools to aid pathologists. She prides herself in being a "jack of all trades" wearing many hats working for these small startups. Frankie has found this work to be incredibly fulfilling and rewarding, being part of a team and solving problems together.
