Logo Design, Packaging Design, and Website Design for Sea & Believe, a food- tech startup that has created a new and revolutionary seafood alternative. They use seaweed and sea moss to create a vegan "cod" that flakes like real fish.

Logo Design
My client wanted to create a brand for her amazing product. She was interested in a "playful and cute" aesthetic. She also wanted the logo font to seem "organic" and not too digital or modern. We did some brainstorming together and came up with a mascot, an otter. Otters live in kelp & seaweed forests and need seaweed to survive, so it made perfect sense. This is what we came up with.
Package Design
Created some designs for the packaging based off the logo we came up with. We ended up separating the logo and mascot for the packaging so the name would pop a bit more. I also hand drew some icons to match the hand drawn & organic logo. These were the different variations I came up with. My client ended up going with the design on the left because it showcased the Irish roots of the company.
Website Design
Next, I created a simple website that showcased her products and the science behind it. I emphasized the fact that the seaweed is sustainably farmed in Ireland and the positive environmental impacts of the seaweed farm. My client wanted to make sure that the site was both educational and stuck to the cute and playful brand we gad created so far. Additionally, I made sure the tone of the writing fit with the playfulness in order to keep the user interested, whilst educating them.
